Refund & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS:

All of our items are hand stamped and customized with care and detail. We only accept returns on items where we have made an oversight/error on my part. Please contact me if there is an issue with your piece.

CANCELLATIONS:

We work hard to get your order stamped and processed in a timely manner. We process, package & ship custom items in the order received. Due to demand and merchant fees we are charged by our payment servicer, orders may be canceled for store credit ONLY.  If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

No cancellation for CUSTOM orders.

EXCHANGES:

Due to the nature of these pieces, we do not do exchanges.
