Shipping Policy
Orders [including custom] are worked/shipped in order they were received. We are not responsible for packages once they are mailed. We mail through the United Postal Service with a tracking number. If you haven't received, but the tracking number says the package was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for the package. We have no control over USPS and cannot be held responsible for the delivery part. Many times, a neighbor ends up with delivery. USPS to see if where it was left or delivered. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is returned because your address is not a deliverable address or you put the wrong address, we will NOT pay to reship. This is the customer’s responsibility. Please check your shipping address PRIOR to checkout to ensure accuracy. If the mistake is ours, we will cover shipping costs.
